Born and raised in Central Virginia, I have always had a passion for business, real estate, and the outdoors. I was born at Martha Jefferson Hospital on August 9, 1988 and grew up in a family deeply rooted in public service. My father, Chip Harding, served as the Captain of the Charlottesville Police Department before being elected as the Albemarle County Sheriff. My mother, Linda Harding, worked for the City of Charlottesville Finance Department. I also have a sister, Brie, who has been part of my journey from the start.
I attended Monticello High School, where I played football and lacrosse before graduating in 2006. From there, I pursued my passion for Entrepreneurship at Radford University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a concentration in Entrepreneurship in 2010.
Since then, I have built multiple businesses, including a car dealership, a tire shop and a home remodeling company. I purchased my first flip house nine years ago. Since then I have been steadily flipping homes, helping homeowners sell their properties quickly and easily while transforming houses throughout Central Virginia.
